Sometimes we are down, maybe not everything went as we would like, and we just want to go home and disconnect everything, to close the world out and think about everything we did not like on that day and how to remedy it.

In those moments the calm, the silence, a good book and something good to eat can be like a balm for our wounded and slightly battered soul.
