More about tourism and art

This article is about tourism and art, a topic I have come back to several times.

The question is whether it is possible to reconcile the desire to discover and visit new places with the need to protect historic centres and their incredible historical and artistic heritage.

It is not a trivial problem, it concerns everyone in the end because we all live in places that are potentially tourist and want to preserve them for future generations, we want them to be known but we know that their delicacy can not be ignored.

We like that our city, our village are known by everyone but we do not want mass tourism to devalue the characteristics that make it unique and appreciated.

This article reflects on the great struggle between art and tourism, because the relationship between these two aspects can be ambiguous and ambivalent and you must absolutely find a beneficial balance in all senses.

Visiting museums, monuments can be nice, but if visitors are too many it can become a huge problem. At the same time art must be discovered and appreciated by more and more people. And here the dilemma arises.

Let me know in the comments what you think, I wait for you.
