Yes, because waiting for the reopening of the slopes we can always bring the mountain home, or rather in our kitchen, and try our hand at typical and easy recipes that will take us directly into the enchanted atmosphere of the Alpine farms between a downhill run and a relaxing and sweet break with all the tastes and flavors of high altitude dishes.
