Sentinel P5, a satellite against pollution

Today at 11:27 a.m. will be launched in orbit the satellite Sentinel P5 that will have the task of mapping the pollutants present in the atmosphere and discover the cause.
The satellite Sentinel P5 is part of a broader strategy to combat pollution and climate change by the European Union authorities together with the European Space Agency. The skies of the European metropolises are increasingly blurred by a heavy and compact smog that puts a serious risk to human health, plants and animals and it is time to run to the shelters to deliver to future generations a cleaner environment and therefore PI Healthy in which to live.
The fight against any kind of pollution and climate change has become a priority because our climate is already changing and we can observe it every day, especially in this strange autumn made by waves of torrential rains and days very Warmer than the average seasonal and too dry. The presence of polluting agents in the air has become really unbearable in some areas of the planet and long waves of heat and cold and extreme weather events are only the beginning of a slow but inexorable deterioration of the climatic conditions of the globe.
In the face of recent temperature fluctuations it is impossible not to notice that you have to do early to stop the climate crazed otherwise it will be too late and there will be serious consequences for all of us.
