And we’re at the end of this week.
We have done, said, thought billions of things in our minds and certainly we have not finished yet because the brain always works, it is like a volcano of ideas, emotions, feelings.
But at least on the weekend it’s nice to stop for a while and reflect on everything that happened to us this week, take stock and think about all those things that made us happy, they made us feel good at least for a short period of time.
And the weekend is the right time to pamper ourselves, to reward ourselves and enjoy a few moments just for us that makes us recharge and start again when it will be Monday again and we will find ourselves again sucked between work, children and responsibility.
And then we start with a nice breakfast because having breakfast is good, helps us to control hunger at least until lunch and do the morning chores with enthusiasm and clarity and above all makes us happier, yes really happier.
